I have been using Turbo Tax to prepare my famiy personal returns for several years. Improvements are made each year to enhance the program.
Hints and help ($) are offered but you should have an idea of how to generally prepare your return.

Very very slow!

For some reason which is beyond me, the program this year ran incredibly slow. From start to finish. Initializing,updating,screening files, and the actual filling out of the form were all at a snails pace. Sorry, I have used and liked this product for many years, but this year's experience was aggravating ... very aggravating.
