I Didn't Know what to expect or what I was doing, turbo tax walked me right through it there's no way anyone should get lost with turbo tax guiding them unless they're trying to get tickets to a show or something.

I've used Turbo for about 10 years now. I like the transfer forward from prior year's retun. I have had only one year where I had a problem with stored files, i.e., pdf...-probably my fault.
Some upgrades are a little different from the prior year but somewhat necessary, I am sure, because of hanges in IRS forms/procedures.
I would not think of using any other tax package.
