So User friendly and easy

I tried a free file offer from another company. I was immediately confused. I went back to Turbo Tax and felt it was better than ever this year!

Very Good

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I have a small farm and I like the carryover of depreciation. I wish the current year edition would pull up copies of earlier year tax returns so you would not have to keep the Turbo Tax programs from earlier years. I also wish you would change the print outs so you don't get the Smart Worksheets. They are duplications of the return schedules, and they waste paper. Thanks. Allen

Good and Bad

The Federal Tax calcuations included refunds that I would probably have missed, +$500.
However, the Alabama Tax calculations were all screwed up and had to manually enter numbers. Mine are a little complicated because I file Fed. Married Jointly but Alabama file Married Filing Separate because income was not in Wife's state.

Had some issues

I had to go to the community to see why I was not getting the American Opportunity Credit and found that TT had marked my daughter as not a full time student though I had answered all questions correctly. I had to go to the form and manually make the change. This cost me quiet a bit of time and almost money. I almost missed this and it would have cost me over $1500.00. That is a lot of money to me.
