HELP practically NON existant

Whatever you buy from Intuit, their HELP feature is VERY POOR. This review is based on years (since about 1995) of using various Intuit products. I am very seriously considering NEVER buying another thing from INTUIT. Intuit's HELP options range from poor to absolutely useless. And I have been using all manner of computers and software since 1975. (My thesis was saved on a cassette tape in 1976 = beat a stone tablet.) Instead of offering help for the 'hiccups' in their software, Intuit CHARGES you more $$$. Not a good deal. Gonna find a different Tax software and avoid Intuit in the future.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and every year it seems it is a little more difficult to navigate. I thought the charitable deduction process was cumbersome. Do you really need the date I gave, lots of screens to do one thing. Also I had trouble locating a particular form. ie: 1040. Looking for particular forms was not easy. It may be my computer but it took forever to load and continue a filing. I don't recall prior years taking so long to boot up.
