Was easy enough

This was clear enough, however I was not ready to pay an extra $50 to use Turbo Tax for my state return AND another $20 to e-file the state return! For this price and the 3 hours I spent, I should have continued with my old tax preparer.

Great, Easy Experience

Took less than an hour (mainly because I'm a slow typer). Return was quite a bit larger than last year, considering we saved $115.00 on a professional tax preparer. We will use this product from now on. Thanks TurboTax.

Unable to communicate with Turbo without $$$ charge for question on Economic Recovery Payment. First E-Mail submission was rejected and now must blindly resubmit without accurate answer from Turbo. HELP!!!!

Turbotax e-file bug

there's a bug in the efiling program that kept me from efiling for some reason. i appealed to the turbotax online community to no avail and had to file manually by paper. better than doing it on my own still though. I've used Turbotax for the prior 10 years or however long its been around and it's worked every time before though.
