Easier to use

Program was quite difficult to install. Program updates sometimes downloaded but sometimes froze computer. Error messages appeared when there were no errors.
Entering data was easy, forms filled out corectly with a minimum of monitoring on my part.
Improvements over last year's eddition were welcome.
Despite technical glitches, I always use Turbo Tax for my Federal taxes.

Demanded business address when form stated that, if address was same as residence, do not fill in. Demanded business code with no explanation of what business code is.

when attempting to send via e-mail turpo kept
indicating error in names.Finaly determined that you have to delete and retype all names (joint return) in order to proceed to next step. Found the answer from a fellow turbo user. No explantion or solution included from turbo on the page where error was indicated.

First time using Turbotax and e-File. Rejected due to PIN and AGI. IRS message said: Not able to issue a PIN. A call to IRS said AGI used was correct, so probably a Turbotax glitch.

very pleased with product

This is the first time using turbo tax and I was a little stand off about the product but friends have used it and they have been very pleased but not knowing the tax and not wanting to make mistakes doing it myself i was unsure but after this experence i am very pleased that i gave it a chance..and will cont, to use and will tell all my other friends and family about it.Thank you for making it to where i understood the questions that were needed for filling.
