I tried to do a tax return online--I couldn't complete it because your questions were not complete and when I tried to clarify them I could not get into your website.
In past years I have been very positive about your product, but after that experience I will find another product.

I had to buy a turbo tax at a local store in order to get the proper help with complete questions, but even then I don't feel like your product is as good as last year.

Much better in previous years

Used TurboTax for many years. Too much hiding of data from previous years. Trying to go back to fix a printed mistake on a form is not very easy. The "Go To Form" feature is missing. Suggest keeping "power user" features and less "wizard" like features.
