I went 'off the wagon' one year and used another product but went back to TurboTax the next year and have stayed with it faithfully. Why? I found it easier to use.

problem with software?

I think the software is easy to use but it did not ask me for the miles I drove for charitable meetings. it also included the forms from last year that I didn't use this year. This will confuse the IRS. There should be a question asking you if you want to remove the form is there are not figures put in.

Frustrating

After submitting my tax form, I relized that I made an incorret entry.
I tried four times to file an amended form but Turbo tax was of no use. It kept telling me that my rebate was due on a certain date and thankyou for using Turbo Tax.
Once I made this incorret entry, I just could not erase it.
