We are Christmas tree farmers. Have used form 4797 to submit capital gains from the sale of trees. Should be filed under section 631a or 631b, but forms don't appear to allow it. Overall, I like the program.

I've used this product a long time and it just keeps getting better each year. I still check it as if I'm filing manually, but in recent years, I haven't found any flaws. Good product!

Been using since it was MacIntax and it has always been straightforward. It just gets easier and easier.

Good job with one flaw

This is a great program I have used for several years BUT Florida is not a state that requires a return. Many states do not and a quick question in the personal info portion should delete it from the rest. Other than that my opinion is that you have achieved tax nirvana.

I think I could have finished it in 1/2 the time if I didn't spend everyother page clicking "No Thanks".
