Hidden Fee's

Last year I use H&R Block. This year I went with Turbo tax and was charged an extra $40 on top of the $25 for the program. Then $20 to e-File through them. H&R Block did no such thing. Just the one fee for the program

Worst Turbo tax ever

Eliminated some operating systems - couldn't run.
No easy way to navigate in easy step - very difficult to review and change. No direct connection between forms view and easy step - when viewing forms I could not jump to same area in easy step. This was easy to do in previous versions.

Never did understand the delay in getting ordinarily obtainable materials, such as form 1040A.
