I didn't mind paying only $40.00 to file for the software upgrade to file my state taxes. But then I was charged an additional $20.00 to actually send it to the state!!!!! So I was charged a total of $60.00 to file my state taxes. Next year I will be doing all this myself, and I will not be recommending the use of the software at all. I think its bit ridiculous an amount. I was happy with the service until I had to pay the additional $20.00.

Limitations on e-filing should be stated up front. Where it becomes obvious that a limitation will be reached (e.g. forms 8283) or other unpermitted forms, the user should be warned and given alternatives.
In certain fields of a completed form, it is impossible to trace back and access the original worksheet.
