The interface is simple, easy to read, and so easy to use. Quickly updates if needed, to be sure everything on your personal tax form is accurate. TurboTax will always be the program to trust for my taxes. Thank you.

Best For Taxes

Good to have, so I am able to do my own taxes. Easy to use, so I am able to do my own taxes.
It is very easy and I don't worry about it being wrong. If I can do it, most everyone else can do it.

I purchased Turbo Tax Basic Federal 2009 for $24.95 believing that the software for CA 540 would either be included or accessible online as part of that purchase. Instead, I discovered that I could have used TurboTax online for free with Federal e-file included. To add insult to injury, Intuit charged me $44.95 for access to the online CA software, and then wanted an additional $15.00 for CA e-file.
I'll be considering alternatives to TurboTax for my 2010 returns.

I am regretting my choice

I am now dealing with Snata Barbara bank deception with my refund. They are claimeing they didnt recieve my refund and the IRS has confirmed it was sent.
