Good Buy

The transfer of information from employers and last year's return was so easy. I had not purchased the state before, but it was worth it. Turbo Tax has gotten better, allowing me to do a section and save, then come back later. E-filing was a snap, my first time. I would recommend this over any of the seasonal "part-timers" doing this. The instructions put every detail into plain English. A very good product, indeed.

Actually I finished completely in less than four hours... So being retired does have its rewards, this for me in such simple inputs...
But Turbo Tax makes it a snap!

Good but missing questions

In Step-by-Step, no question on what to do with US Savings Bond interest. I had to go to Forum to find out where to enter it. In addition, there is a special line for these Bonds bought after 1989 not addressed. Had to go to Forum to determine if K-1's from IRA are to be incuded. Questions would have had all included.

I've been using Turbo Tax for 4 years now, and they just makes it simpler on tax payers to file a return year after year! the feature of importing tax returns from previous years saves a ton of time, and I was able to complete my tax return in one day! highly recommended for those who would like to save time and money.
