Foreign tax credit entry seemed an endless loop. Need explain up front that if no taxes due, Foreign taxes can't be a credit; must be a deduction instead. Took much searching around to find that Turbo had placed on deduction sheet. (Also helpful to know distinction that Foreign tax CAN be used as credit if enough taxes are due, even if one is owed refund because of overpayment. That's different case than if no taxes were originally due.)

seems common problem with lines 15-30 with very little on-line help. great effort to sell expensive help. very little off-line help.

Last year you could look at and print all the tax forms whether you used them or not. This year I could not do that (or could not find them).

Easy way to assure I get all my deductions. 2nd ;year I have used and I get a better result from Turbo Tax than any other method.
