didn't appreciate the multiple added costs (another 40 dollars here, 20 there, another 30 here...) then having to fill out a rebate; ridiculous, having to mail in a rebate, make it instantaneous and electronic. pain in the butt.

For some reason that I could not understand or rectify, Turbo Tax created an Amended State Tax form IT-203X when I had not yet submitted a return. I could not rectify the error. Difficult experience with part time state tax computation because of this issue.

Way too expensive on price increase

I don't know if it is my computer, but see on cons. Ever since I first installed it, when I open it again I get the initializing screen, then it tells me I have to uninstall the program (this is after getting updates), and then I have to install it again.

This is the 5th year using Turbo tax. It has been invaluable to myself for doing my taxes each year. No longer do I have to pay an accountant to do what I can do myself.
