Fast and Easy!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for a few years now and have been satisfied with how fast, accurate and safe it is to use. Its great how i can save the return right onto my computer plus make copies of the return afterwards.

Easy to work with, leave and come back. Only issue I had was that it was not clear early enough about when the banl account numbers woulde be entered.

Too slow to start

Every time T Tax is opened it takes for ever to get started. Then it wants to update. Once it is used it should remember and not go through the entire procedure every time.

I've used TurboTax for many years and it usually works well, but sometimes updates the following year are not better. This year, the program didn't ask about / fill in some items that are necessary and transferred but didn't ask about /allow edit of some deductions from last year that don't go in this year. These came up as errors or so I was made aware, but had to hunt some items in forms view to edit them. Also, does not put zero's in some spots the IRS likes you to place them if the item does not apply or is a zero. Good, but could be better and do a complete job.

Fast and Easy Taxes

This was a lot easier than I thought it would be. My husband and I were able to complete our federal taxes in about 2 hours and our state taxes in about an hour. It cost us much less and next year it won't take as long to do it since we know what is expected.
