HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE

AFTER I HAD INPUT ALL INFORMATION I FOUND I HAD MISSED ONE RRB-1099-R. AFTER TRYING EVERYTHING I COULD THINK OF INCLUDING "FIND" I USED YOUR CHAT ON LINE TO FIND OUT HOW I COULD GET THE INPUT FOR THIS FORM. I HAVE USED TURBOTAX A FEW OTHER TIMES AND IT WAS ALWAYS EASY TO BRING UP ANY FORM. I HOPE NEXT YEAR WILL BE EASY AGAIN

Able to stroll around the various forms without any diffuculty.
Did not use State taxes, felt as though it was much easier to do on-line with PA. I was confused however with how to use the PA taxes, 2008 or 2009. I believe it was more my fault then Turbo Tax. Good job.

This is about my tenth year using Turbo Tax. It is the best release, yet. There are more helpful hints and tips than previous years. It automatically connects you to the internet to ask further questions and obtain further details to answers. It bolsters your confidence that you are doing things correctly.
