Running Vista operating system which I don't like but had difficulty navigating because the prior screen was still visible. Found that by frequently saving and restarting the return I could clear most of it away.

More difficult than necessary

It seems to me that TT has moved steadily away from giving you the information you need to really understand what is going on with the forms. This year I had a state tax refund where I had applied some to estimated taxes for 2009 and the way the forms were filled out were baffling. I never did figure out where one number came from though I kept looking at the supporting forms.
Also when you made changes it didn't show up at all immediately in your summary. There should have been a good way to recalculate the summary and you could see whether you had addressed the problem that was concerning you.

Just as easy as last year

Every year for 10+ years I've used turbo tax, and every year it's very simple to use. No hassles, no problems. I can complete it at my own pace on my own time. Even when I had to ammend a return last year because someone forgot to send me a 1099 until March, it was easy to fix and re-submit.
