I have used turbotax every year for 5 years. It is easy and accurate. It downloads my tax info year to year, which is a nice feature.
Also, with the nickname wrong garbage, you really don't want an opinion too much.

All went well until I made an error doing my efile. I entered the wrong gross receipts for 2008. So I tried to correct and kept getting an error message.

This program is so worth the price. It really makes it easy to compute your taxes and file. I tried the competitor one year, but returned to Turbo tax after that and have not left.
