Paying for state filing?

Its nice of TurboTax to make me drop $40 for a state tax form, when I get it for free in the mail. But to make me pay an extra $20 to get it filed?

Easier to use than previous versions. It is great the way one can go back and forth from forms to interview. I always like to see how the forms are turning out.
