Poor error handling

The install package for MAC was over 200MB can't on my life determine why it needs to be so huge.
Can't stand the upsell BS -- I paid $35 for a pc of software that has free competitors.
There were errors submitting the return the first time in the prior year AGI / or Federal Tax pin workflow, the 'let's fix this wizard' had cryptic errors that I couldn't decipher then later found in the wizard to enter separate PINs for my wife and me. Poor poor experience.
Won't be buying TurboTax next year.

Great product

I worked in a CPA office for 7 years and used professional tax software (very expensive, i might add). I didn't expect much from Turbotax (now that I'm a civilian again) but was very surprised. It is very thorough and leads you by the hand all the way through. I love the way it directed me to deductions I hadn't even known about (o.k., so I'm rusty).

Can't move from interview to forms easily. Turbo used to allow this.
Can't make trial form entries.
Can't select which pages to print at end. It printed 5 pages of a 2 page return.
Turbo used to be better; much better. I don't plan to use it again.
