Problem making correction

I erroneously thought I qualified for the working credit of 250.00. The IRS rejected my E-file attempt, on grounds I had previously received it the credit. On attempting to correct, despite the automated message saying TurboTax would help me to correct cause of E-file rejection, I could not get TurboTax to give me access the credit to change it. Consequently, I had to print out the return for mailing, and manually make the indicated corrections on it. To say this was annoying would be an understatement.

I especially had difficulty with K-1. The entry choices were preselected and did not match the info on my K-1.

This is the best tax software I have ever used. This is my fourth year with Turbo Tax. I have received the maximum refund every year.

Used for Several Years

Totally satisfied with TurboTax program. Main complaint is that there should be more free e-files with purchased package. My family prefers to use purchased package rather than go through paid services. We generally have simplier returns and TurboTax Basic works well for us. There should be at least the option to add more e-files to package (can only have five e-files; as many paper, snail mail returns as you want).
