Awesome Step-by-Step!

This was the easiest program to use, ever! Much more than step-by-step, it spoke in simple words, helped with selections and let you know how the proceeding was going. The graphics helped to show what was being worked on, what questions/answers were being asked/answered. Excellent job, programers!! Thank you!!

Mind Boggling !

I've been using TurboTax for a very long time. I'm amazed how an entry in one place will show up in other places where the same number is needed. The system allows the user to switch from the interview format (which is good so you can be sure you don't miss something) to just the right form you need for the next step. Another feature that's great is the ability to print the form you just completed for review, study or filing. In calling up needed forms, the menu could be more obvious than having to click on the first line to open up the choices of forms. I say again, TurboTax is wonderfull!

Decent but...

If you filed jointly as a married couple in the past and this year had to file as a single again TurboTax would lose it's mind trying to deal with last years return and your new status. I finally figured out that the ONLY way to really make this work is by NOT importing and just starting a whole new return. I worry at what errors might have been created had I continued with data from last year. TURBOTAX SHOULD REALLY MAKE THIS CLEAR AND JUST ASK IF YOU HAD A DIVORCE IN THE LAST YEAR AND DUMP ALL THE OLD DATA ABOUT YOUR SPOUSE!!!!!

Best Year Ever

I was extremely satisfied this year as it seems
you got the problems or bugs out of last years.
I prefer the forms method as I have been using your
product for 15 years but it is nice to use the step by step.
I always use the CD version because you can not successfully use the forms version ONLINE and I like to see what I have put on the form as that is my method of proofing to make sure I have no typo's , errors, etc.,
