We have cross checked Turbo Tax by hand and Turbo Tax always find things we do not and their math is always right on.

I have used TurboTax for 3 years now. It is by far the simplest and most economical way for me, personally, to file my taxes.
The only drawback this year was a delay in preparing the return because some forms were not ready by the time TurboTax was ready to distribute their software. This is not the fault of TurboTax, and they did their best to avert confusion by adding update availability so the return COULD be completed in the same session.
I will continue to purchase TurboTax in the future. Thanks for an excellent product.

Ok, but slower every year

Frankly, the "easier" it gets to use, the slower it gets. I keep using it because its easier than entering ALL the data each year, plus the carry-over losses make life easy. But seriously, don't slow us down with eye candy.
Finally - $40 for state? Most states have FREE efiling that do all that you need.

Most Convenient Way to File

Living in a motorhome requires judicious use of space, and record keeping and archiving of tax returns are too important to scrimp on this available space. Intuit makes record keeping a simple and convenient chore on a CD. Most important is the ability to transfer data from last year onto the current tax year so I don't need to keep a lot of reference material.
