Very Good Product

Turbo Tax makes everything easy. Loading information from the previous year's return really helps things go faster. The step-by-step process is easy to follow and understand. I am confident my tax return is accurate and I got the best refund possible. I will continue to use TurboTax in the future.

The questions keep looping back over the same territory that you have already filled out and it blanks out your earlier answers. If you know you have a special circumstance it won't let you make the correction. The supposed "let me" function doesn't work.

Not Great for DayTraders

When you go to check for errors at the end of the return, turbo tax will think some of your transactions are duplciate records. When you go to update this, since you have so many stock trades then it will give you an error (the software can't compute that many changes in the report). If you do over 300 Stock transactions a year, the software is very buggy.

Best Tax Software To Use

This software is easy to use and has all the forms and instructions needed to file your taxes. Could use a simple turorial to show you how to navigate through it, but once you get familiar with it, it is not hard to use. I particularly like the comparisons with previous years returns and also the comparisons with the U.S. returns for the same category you are in.

I have used TurboTax for 15 to 20 years. This the best version ever. Each year I have thought that it is very good but they should have done this or that. Not this year. I can't think of a single thing I would have done differently. It was great.

difficult to delete some items..hard to change things sometimes....I think you need to do more cross-indexing of items to make it easier to locate them
