Good but State???...

When the time came to buy the State portion from the software they wanted $39.99!! that's the most expensive yet. I guess I should've purchased the "Deluxe" edition but aside from the state portion on the Deluxe edition I don't need the rest.
I hope they come up with a "Starter" edition which includes state (at least for print only).

when a taxpayer has to file in two states resident in one and a non resident in another will turbo tax transfer the federal information for each state for free? or what will be the cost.

Easy to Use

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now and I will continue to to use it. It makes it simple to enter all data (except wash sales).
One other thing I didn't like was that when I downloaded my stock sales for the year, the cost basis was not set. I'm not sure if this is a Turbo Tax problem, an issue with my Financial Institution, or a industry wide defect.

Very Good guide to complete taxes

This year is 5+ years of using TurboTax. In the past I've done returns by hand or using other software. So far, I've felt most comfortable with Turbo Tax tool - 100% correct returns every time. Con mentioned - as I'm navigating to next/continue - there have been a few occasions where I've ended up selecting a check box for non-standard conditions {that does not apply to me and did not plan to select). Easily fixed with a click back and unselect.

You have my zip code why do you drive people crazy selling the state tax products to people in states that don't have state taxes. When I say I don't need state tax filing and you keep asking and asking and asking please only ask once.
