WHEN DOING MY TAX I HAD TO DO A SEARCH FOR 1099R AND SSA2009. YOU NEED TO ASK: "DO YOU HAVE A 1099R" "DO YOU HAVE SOCIAL SECURITY?" AND OTHER RELATED ITEMS. YOUR PREVIOUS PROGRAMS HAD THAT SORT OF QUESTION INFORMATION. YOU REEALLY NEED TO RELATE TO THE SOMEWHAT NOT SO COMPUTER LITERATE PEOPLE.

I like the way that the questions are organized. I have been doing my own taxes for 25+ years and using Turbo-Tax gives me confidence since almost every year it asks for data that I didn't realize was needed or that I had misinterpreted. Several times it has included forms that I would not have thought were needed if I was doing all of the work myself. As time has gone by and I needed to use new forms, I felt that I was learning new aspects of the tax system along with just filling in the forms.
