Whatever it takes

I never would have known about some new ways of saving money this year such as deducting my real estate tax along with the standard deduction. I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years.

Serious Flaw

This is the second time that I had an error with prior year data. Turbo Tax will not let me change prior year data and so I had to do my tax return all over again. When I did it from scratch without letting turbo tax preload prior year data, then it worked. The online version is way too constraining. If I didn't know taxes, I would have recieved a refund of $2,000 too much. That would have triggered a lot of penalties. Stay away from the online version. After two years, I learned my lesson.

Best value for the money

This is the first time I ever used TurboTax. I am a senior citizen that has some computer knowledge. The software package was just so easy to use I will continue to use this year after year.
Based on all the virus scanning I felt secure sending in our return as an e-file. That is a first for us.

Great value

Got the Basic version free and it was much better than I anticipated. Walked me through the whole process in just a few hours after I had struggled all day to do it manually. Will definitely consider switching my Tax Software to Turbo Tax.
