Terrible software

You should seriously reconsider who writes your software. It took over an hour to install and then when I tried to run it for the first time I got an error message. I had to un-install the software, reboot and install it again (another 2 hours wasted). I have Windows XP running on a dual core Intel CPU with 4Gb of memory. My confidence in the quality of your product is very low right now and I probably will try another vendor next year.
