Have been using for about 6 years now. This was probably this fastest. It just gets better & easier with updates & imports. I love it!

Too many sales pitches

There are too many places where you try to sell upgrades and other options. Also, when you go back to look up something or check something, then try to get back to where you were, it is difficult to get back where you were without going all the same questions and hoops. There should be an option for more straight-forward use of the program. I've been using Turbo Tax for about 15 years, but I'm ready to try something else if this decline continues.

I have used Turbo Tax for five years on this machine, and years before that. No matter how complicated my return was Turbo Tax was straight forward and effective, and I trusted it to do the return correctly and get me the maximum return or minimum tax.
