This was the simplest and easiest that i have ever completed a rather onerous task. The start is a bit scary for an ol pencil and paper guy, but it was actually very simple, and step by step. I am impressed!!

Your software would not load. very difficult to get help because you seem to "hide" your customer service telephone number. After much effort I was able to get help which required special procedures to unload and re-install the soft ware. This took at least 30 to 45 minutes.
The person helping me was very good at solving the problem.
Next year, I hope you you go back to the method for loading that was used in 2005 through 2008.
You also should provide some info on how to access th different screens within your sytem. I have to use trial and error to find stuff.
But your calculations are perfect!
I am not a tax man, but I am a CPA and I understand the complexities of the "Code.!"

Top of Line Tax Program

I have used Turbotax for 20 years and found it to be the best program to use. It is easy and fun to use and lets you explore all of your deductions and gives you first line information or gets the information to you to make sure you make the right decisions in doing your taxes.

Pretty easy to use

This is the 4th year I've used Turbo Tax. I have more forms to use every year, but Turbo Tax keeps everything organized and I appreciate how it imports information from the previous year. Unfortunately, it will skip over certain deduction sections I may not qualify for due to income, but I end up with miscellaneous forms that I feel I have to enter. A quick search for the forms reveals I don't need to enter them, which is nice, but it'd be nicer to know that I didn't need to from the get go. Considering the complicated nature of taxes, this makes it as painless as possible without going to someone else

worst purchase ever

I have used Turbotax since 1988 and 2009 Turbotax has been the worst for me ever. First of all it no longer supports Windows 2000 Pro. I had to go to a friends computer to do my tax. The problem not supporting Win 2000 Pro will cause me to look for a different tax program.
I had trouble with overides. When I submitted my tax it would not allow overrides. I had to start over at the beginning to creat a new 1040. What problems I had this year!!!! .
