When exploring on my own, I found it difficult to navigate. Used Turbo Tax in prior years, seems with all the new tax law changes the program looks overwhelming to the average 1040 user. Not wanting to miss any deductions, it does take quite a bit of time to wade through the "fluff' to get a completed return. I do like the double check though.

Better than ever

I found this year's TurboTax to be easier than ever to navigate around in -- especially when I wanted to edit a form already finished. Also, much easier to bypass the rest of the questions in the section after editing was finished.

Painful

I had to click NO 128 times that I do not want Premier. There should be a return to last view instead of my having to collapse several topics in a view. You need an option to NEVER ask me for state. Change Served in Military to state 2009 only. Provide a quick skip around if there is no W2. Stop asking for State and upgrade the product.

Pretty Good

Mostly quick and easy, but the section on Deductions to me was very confusing, between cash and non-cash items. Otherwise, very good. Seems past turboTax CDs were easier to use. Maybe memory going to pot.
