I've used TurboTax for many years, but last year I used the online version. That broke the string of information and I had to reenter all identifying information again.
Energy credit form seems incorrect. There should be a place to enter "biomass" (woodstove) purchases for credit, but there is no way to get at it. Very confusing and disappointing.
Did not affect refund as we also did windows and doors that max-ed the deduction, but still ....
Also, kept asking me to buy state tax prep, but no income tax in NH.

I resent having to go through the two commercial pages every time I restart the program. I resent the commercials boosting upgrades all through the interactive process. I resent your not allowing e-file when the return contains what you think are omissions. They're NOT your responsibility.
