Not as good as previous years

It prompted me several times to purchase the State package for Florida stating that I needed to file state taxes. Florida does NOT have state income tax. Why would I want to purchase a product that I have NO need for? That failure somewhat reduces my confidence in your whole product.... and I have been using Turbo tax for 7 years!

Great Tax Software

I've been using TurboTax for years and it has never let me down. You can pay more or you can pay less for other software but you won't get a better program.

When I started my return there were values already entered that were not mine from any previous years. For example property ownership was shown in other states and I have never owned property in other states.
Also on the deductions worksheets values were entered for medical deductions and I have never entered any values for medical deductions.

The sale of house result was inconsistant with the Publication 523 (2009). A test on the Deluxe version of the Turbo Tax for 2009 produced accurate results.
The estimated payments for 2010 produced results that were off by $1 and had to be adjusted in order to avoid sending in a check for that $1 on April 15.

Slow loading, too much graphics, continual adds are irrating. Will look for a new softare package next year. Done with Turbo tax after 20 years, great job guys

Not a good experience this year

If you guys are so smart about taxes, how come you ask me about filing Florida state income tax? You guys can't figure from my address that I live in Florida and THEREFORE DON'T PAY A STATE INCOME TAX! Floridians who only earn income in Florida are exempt. We don't have an state income tax! I know that some Floridians work in other states, but those questions could be asked afterward.
