I tried to do my taxes on line, and got so frustrated with the amount of time to transfer info from my last year's return that I went out and bought the program from Walmart. Wise up and make the online program easier to use!

good, solid program

dis liked storing returns andNa personal info on outside server. All inall had excellent navigation and guide thru all areas of filing a return. Found the basic program more than adequate altho your recommendation to buy higher level because of investments, buying and selling. Was able to navigate thru with ease.

Need more tax question support

With the every increasing complexity of the tax code, we are faced with situations where we do not know what route to take when selecting tax forms and entries. That is when you need information from a knowledgeable source. I don't want to hire an accountant for one question. What I need is an easier way to access an expert online.
