Physical copy is the best

I tried to use online version first, but ran into a problem, where it would claim I contributed too much to roth IRA. Except I didn't. I had to go and manually re-visit every section, after which everything got magically fixed.
Afterwards I got a message that says "Your data was saved but the server was taken down for maintenance" and got bounced to the first page again. Yuk.
So, I decided to "save" data and then run it through the regular disk copy of TurboTax. That seemed to have worked better, and I was able to review everything, and then e-file. I think I should have used disk-based version from the beginning, would save me a lot of nerves and worry (I was on the verge of giving up and giving it 1 star).
Also, some sections are not very user-friendly, though forums help to resolve the questions a sheer number of people that ask same/very similar questions shows that not everything is as easy and convenient as it could be.
