TurboTax is ok, but could be better

Was asked twice to enter the data from my 1098-C. Do not know why. / Paid for state ($40) upgrade and then later in the easy-step interviews was offered the Deluxe upgrade including state for $35. VERY frustrating.

Made the mistake of using a different tax prep software last year because of price. I am back to stay with TurboTax. The ease of use and the fact that I am set to go next year are the big feature for me

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out and this is the slowest and clumsiest of any. My computer is very
fast and nothing else was running so what is the problem with the 2009 version? Not sure if I will repeat this frustration next year...............much too slow!

Overall it's a good program that saves a good bit of busy work. However, it keeps asking the same questions over and over, such as do you want to do your state taxes. While I understand Intuit is trying to sell state, I don't have to pay state taxes so I'm never going to say yes. Or having to walk through the whole walk through just to update how much interest you had when you notice you got the number wrong.

Quick and easy tax return

My wife and I completed our tax return in one sitting. We would have been through at that point except there was a problem uploading the tax return to efile. However, we were able to efile the next morning.
