I really like how I was walked step by step through all of the forms. Even with the basic version, I was able to easily deduct from my taxes. Their "examples" also helped out a lot!

Excellent way to keep records!

Everything went real good using the basic program, but when entering my 'S' corp info the program seemed to get confused about which form to use? The program wanted to file sched 'C' even though I had entered my EIN#? Of course then, I was unable to import my business info which was also completed by turbotax business software? Not a real inconvenience, but would have been quicker and more accurate if I could have imported.

Not as good as in the past

I have never liked your system for printing out the tax forms. You could have done it the Macintosh way (e.g. print page 1, print page 2). Instead you wind up printing a lot of stuff you don't even want and you make it very difficult to print on both sides of the paper. I have mentioned this in the past, but nothing has changed except that you've made it worse.

Not a great design this year

I did not like this year's design at all. I found the layout confusing at times and wasn't always sure where I was supposed to be looking on the screen. I wish Intuit would stick to a design year after year so I get used to the look and know where to find things. They completely overhaul everything, so it's like using a new program each year. I also did not think the instructions were as clear this year as in the past. I also found the constant requests to upgrade very annoying.

New updates saved me $$$$

Turbo Tax was a great purchase, I used to do my taxes with pencil, and read the provided instructions.
I am glad that I decided to use Turbo Tax, because I missed several updates. Because of Turbo Tax I about doubled my refund.
