I have used TurboTax since 2001 and e-file since last year. It is easy to use and always keeps me informed of changes to the tax code that affect me. The information boxes provide good feedback that always answer my questions, and provide links to where to get even more detailed information. I also looked at your review in CPU Magazine against others tax programs - they had the same feedback I did. Keep up the good work. This is a really great tool. I have NO plans to change tax preparation providers.

Only one problem.
The information on the box does not make it clear that it is possible to import data from financial institutions.
A few years ago I tried Tax Cut and I had a very bad surprise, I was forced to enter all the data manually!
