Bought this antenna to improve reception in our office which is a big dead spot. Placed the antenna near a location where we previously had an antenna that worked. This new antenna could not pick up anything, not a single channel. I have asked about a remount kit to try to relocate it and have heard zero from Midland. Still not able to get a reliable signal for our Midland weather radio.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We live in the country and the antenna on the base couldn't receive a good signal. This antenna gives use five bars now. Well worth the money.

Good antenna that improves reception on WR400 radio. Antenna will only work with single pane glass, a limitation that is only noted in a small footnote on the packaging. This is not noted on the website. Accordingly I'm only using the antenna indoors and it does help.
