Super quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had luck with GE so we went with whirlpool this time. It's new to us, so I can't speak to longevity, but it is the quietest washer we've ever owned.

I didn't want another front loader, too many issues with them. I've had this washer for a few months now and still love it. It handles everything from the most delicate to the dirtiest kitchen towels!!

Great looks and Features and Made in USA

Laundry comes out cleaner, has cut my drying time down more than half and has cut my total laundry time down at least 68%. I love it. Also made in USA is very big issue with us.

Decent product

I have had the machine for three weeks and my only concern is when washing dark clothing there is sometimes a lot of lint/white particles left on the fabric. I have started washing blacks by themselves and using the second rinse, that seems to help but I find it a little annoying. Over all the machine is much quieter than my old one.

Quiet Operation

We purchased this washer just over a month ago and have no major complaints. It is very quiet compared to the front loader we had. The only complaint so far is from my wife who has trouble reaching items at the bottom of the wash tub. Otherwise, we're very happy with the washing machine!

large capacity, save water

We searched for a new washer with 2 key issues in mind. First was a large capacity with direct drive and second was water saving. The WTW8500 has 4.8 cu. ft. capacity to handle the large items. It does the job perfectly. Also, we were pleased with the load sensing for water; important issue for us. All of this makes laundry much easier to handle and saves money as well. Great product.

I like the control panel.

Bought this after a 5 year old competitors model had blown the motor. Did not want all these bells and whistles but turns out it is great to have so many choices in terms of the cycles. Huge capacity drum. Fairly quiet. Cycles for the most part take longer than older models with agitators. But, I'm told less water is used.
