Innovative Washing Machine

Overall I am satisfied with the product. I have chosen to use the Tide pods for my cleaning product. I always use one. I'm not sure that is the most efficient, but am not sure how else to control it.

I have had a little over a month and I love it! My favorite feature is the delay wash - how awesome is it to be able to delay the washer to begin in the middle of the day or night to adjust to my schedule....... Pretty awesome!!!!!!Only complaint that I have is that this washer is not for short folks-'you definitely need long arms to get to the bottom!

Huge upgrade from our previous washer. This one can manage a large laundry load with ease!! So quiet! Pretty quick! Easy to clean!!

We have had the washer for 8 weeks now and just love the features and great looking clothing after a wash. Less dry time as the machine knows what spin cycle to use. I hang my clothes and it takes less air dry time.

This is MUCH bigger than our previous top loader. They were 8 years old so we were due for an upgrade. So our first few loads have been normal laundry. This machine has done a fantastic job cleaning, the options for the cycles it has are great. it's quiet and so much better than what we had.So why only 4 stars?Well we had to wash our dog bed just last night. there was an accident that happened on it. So far after two cycles, it still is a little dirty. Our old non HE machine was able to clean it the previous time this happened in 1 shot. Our best guess is the fact that the old machine still had the agitator arm, so that helped really "scrub" the dog bed clean.Maybe we just need to play with the cycles a bit more to get the best one for this type of issue. Honestly though, had I gotten the link to review this machine just 1 day earlier, it would have been 5 stars and nothing but sunshine, lollipops and rainbows.
