Great Features

I bought this about a month ago and really like it and all of the features. With a 1yr old, appreciate having a machine that sanitizes, is quiet, and large enough to run fewer loads.

It's an ok washer. Not sure about the energy efficiency standards. It uses less washer but the shortest wash time is about 40 minutes long. A lot of times you can still feel and smell soap still in the clothes after washing. There are times when some of the load never even gets water on it and only the bottom half of the load actually gets washed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great and stylish machine

This washer has lived up to my expectations. It is quiet, efficient, stylish and treats clothing better than my old machine ever did. And it still has a large capacity; it covers all my needs in an excellent way.

Terrific washer , awesome value. Be careful though not to set anything on the lid, it's glass. My sister had the same washer and shattered the lid!

Nice washer

We bought this washer about two months ago and it does a great job! Love that you don't have to pull a drawer out to put in your detergent. Nice extra large tub holds a great amount of clothes. The only negative is I wish we could get the washer closer to the wall, it sticks out about 8 inches from my cabinets. We live in a newly built home.

Better than the front load washer

Got this unit a month ago and it does a really nice job. Had some concerns about the new designs without the center agitator, but loading it as instructed is producing good results. Big plus is not worrying about drying the seal to avoid mildew, which was the main problem with our previous front load unit. Plus the front load unit we had (not a Whirlpool) would not do a good job spin drying heavy loads, even when using extended spin cycles. This washer has not had that problem at all.
