Nervous About Drum Sludge - Using Little Detergent

I like this washer - I really do. I love the digital features and it does a great job cleaning our clothes. I've been reading a lot online lately, though, about these HE washers getting a lot of sludge buildup on the inside of the drums due to people using way too much detergent at each wash. I've drastically cut down the amount of detergent I'm using and and hoping that I don't have this same issue.

Amazing machine!

I purchased this washer about a month ago. I love it! I add the clothes as directed, small heaps, avoiding the center part of the agitator, and have never had issues with my clothes getting tangled. I love that I don't have to decide the load size. This washer has a HUGE capacity, plenty for our large family of 5+. I can easily fit three loads in one cycle, or even wash our king size down comforter with ease on bulky items cycle. My only downfall to this washer is my height. :/. I'm 5'4" and I have to tippy toe to reach a spare sock or two at the very bottom. I don't mind it though, after having to do 3 loads in my old washer compared to the one load I can do now; I'll get on my tippy toes once every other day. :)

Nice and quiet

Replacing old school washer, seems to be just what the missus ordered. Very quiet. The price of the warranty leaves me very scared !! I hope and pray that what this thing sales for, that we get a long life out of it because if it breaks and cost an arm and a leg ,then we will never buy this brand again. Fingers crossed.

I like the multiple settings on this washer. It is very easy to use. I also like the fact that it is so energy efficient. It even gives you more options when setting your washer settings that will save you even more energy costs. My clothes come out clean and they also hold their colors. The only thing is I wish the done buzzer was a little bit louder.

Beauty inside & out!

Our previous set went into retirement. We were excited to read the literature provided on this set. The capacity set it apart from the others. It was a for sure purchase for us. The only slight surprise was the color description: Platinum. I expected a gray ish color. It is white.

I am so pleased with this washer, the extra capacity and user-friendly controls are fantastic. It is so quiet, does a great job cleaning my clothes & love how gentle it is on my delicates. Also love how little drying time my clothes need. So glad I purchased and highly recommend it.

I hate wrinkles!

This washer is great for people who only use a clothes dryer; clothes do dry much faster after the high spin. However, if you hang your clothes on a line, be prepared to iron a lot. You can choose a lower spin speed which might help. I bought the one with the see through lid because my cat loves to watch washers fill. She is scared to death of this one and all of the crazy noises it makes, something like a spaceship taking off. I hope it at least saves water, but I haven't gotten the water bill yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
