Easy to use, quiet when functioning.

This washer is very similar to my previous model, which lasted about 10 yrs. Very easy to use, is quiet and like the glass top.

Poor Design and Terrible Experience with Washer

I have had this washer for 2 years and have not felt such frustration with any appliance in my more than 50 years. Obviously, the designer of this washing machine doesn't have much experience doing laundry. This washer has such a poor design that clothes are capable of escaping from the washer basket to become entangled around the shaft below the clothes basket. The manual warns that this may occur and seems to amazingly happen easily. Machine has a faulty product design whereby such a nuisance can occur so easily without the owner's ability to troubleshoot and resolve independent of costly service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nicely Built

We put our washer to use beyond the norm and the Cabrio seems to be up to the task. Quiet, with easy to use controls. The estimated wash time is a nice feature too.

Great washer, does a great job. Average normal wash cycle runs around 50 minutes Quiet. Uses less energy than the old washer we replaced

Beats expectations

I explored many washers both top and front load, trying to decide. I finally chose this one from reviews and also because I felt top load would be better for my laundry room space. I have not been disappointed one bit. Others who have complained of "twisting" clothes must not be loading the unit according to directions. I have had no such problem and the clothes come out clean. The choices on this model are just what I needed. I didn't need the steam feature and I am well satisfied with the choices I have. It's fairly quiet (sounds a bit like an airplane in the spin cycle) but does the job without a lot of noise. My only minor issue is I got the large capacity of 4.5 and because I am short, it can be a little challenge to get a sock from the bottom! However, the large size permits me to do many clothes at once and save on the number of loads per week. If you are interested in a top load washer, please consider this one and I don't think you will be disappointed! Also the glass top and finish of the washer is very eye-appealing.

I am in love!

I have used this machine for two weeks now, and done at least 15 loads of laundry. I am in love. This is my first time owning this type of machine. I have had a traditional top loader with agitator and a front loader. This, by far, cleans the best, uses less water (a necessity where I live!), and washes more in each load than any of the previous machines I have owned. While it is true that you must take care and follow the instructions to load the machine, the results are worth it.

We bought 3 months ago. Makes clothes look old, ruin underwear and doesn't thoroughly clean cloyhs
