love this new washer - I can even get my super king heavy quilt into it and it came clean and with nearly all the water spun out! And I haven't seen that quilt that clean looking since the day I made it nearly 25 years ago! I can get a lot more done in the same amount of time and the clothes come out looking so nice and clean - so glad my last machine finally wore out so I could get this one!

I bought a whirlpool washer over a month ago. I love it. The capacity is great, I can fit tons in it. I love the counter that tells how much time is left along with all the washer adjustments.

Great washer

I purchased this approximately 2-3 months ago. I love all the features on this machine. The 4.8 cubic feet is plenty of room for a family of 5 washing clothes. It is a quiet machine when in use. I previously owned a front loader and will not go back after using the Whirlpool Cabrio top loader.

Since I haven't purchase a washer in 10 plus years and my last the "Maytag Atlantis models". I'm entering a new world of "doing laundry". It's great. It's doing all that is offered and I would recommend it to who ever ask and to those that comment on my clothes. Or in all home owner conversations; retired folks have a lot of conversations. Hey and we know a good product when we find it.

Unclean clothes

I am very disapointed with this washer. I am following the instructions in the manual regarding using HE soap, load placement and choosing the correct cycle per my load. However, I still have dirty laundry as a result. Jeans come out with the dirt still showing the legs, sheets do not smell fresh. I end up washing them twice which is not efficient at all. I don't understand how the engineers at whirlpool though that rocking clothes back and forth in an inch of water would be a good alternative to agitation that actually turned clothes over. Unfortunately, I am stuck with a $900 boat anchor. Buyer beware.

Surprised by this Awesome washer

Earlier this year after researching the numerous types washer and dryers and manufacturers I settled on the Whirlpool Cabrio Platinum washer. I don't have enough adjectives to describe how happy I am with this washer and the accompanying dryer. I've viewed the wash process through the see through top and I'm amazed at how well it cleans my clothes. Can't say I know how they get clean since this is a top loading washer and it doesn't have an agitator but they do.
