It's fair

I previously owned a black cabrio set and it lasted for 10 years. Could have lasted longer but the washer was leaking and we decided to buy a new set. I wish we would have just got it fixed because this one is not as great. The washer is much louder on this cabrio set. My first day washing a load the washer was unbalanced. I guess I had too much in it but it's bigger than the old set soooo..... The dryer is cool but I'm not thrilled about the new location of the lint dispenser. The lint gets in your clothes if you're pulling it out before all clothes are dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The washer without the center agitator is different but the cloths come out very clean. It is energy efficient and Eco friendly very happy with our purchase.

I "inherited" this washer after having a first-generation front loader for 12 years. I have had issues with clothes having soap residue or not actually getting wet and being washed at all. My boyfriend never had a problem because he washes "like a man" (all clothes go in and then straight into the dryer). I have more delicate clothes and I hang everything up. My old front loader "tumbled" the clothes and the were quite dry after a wash, never wrinkled, and never still smelled of my deodorant. I have to use the extra rinse almost consistently for decent results and our clothes do not get that dirty that they would need it. But I have to to remove the soap residue. And yes, I am using HE laundry soap and I know how to load the washer (I followed the instructions). I would not recommend this product if you prefer to hang your clothes on the line as everything has to be quite wet so as not to be wrinkled. I am disappointed whirlpool would attach their name to a product with such low performance. Looking for a new washer.........

My wife and II have had this washer a little over a year and absolutely love it. It is highly efficient, quiet, and dependable.we are extremely satisfied with our purchase for this unit, and best of all our water bill has gone down from using it. You won't regret buying this unit!
