I love the way it gently washes the clothing, uses less water and seems to retain the "clean laundry" smell in the washed items. The abiltiy to customize the cycle settings is very helpful - which I often do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I hate my washer and so does my sister there is not enough water to get your clothes clean and to move the clothes around As soon as I can i,m getting a different washes and so is my sister .Tt was not worth the money . My grand daughter thew up an there was still some on her sheet after the first wash I had to rewash it

Best thing I have ever done for myself! This machine saves me so much time. It works great it is quiet and saves me money on laundry detergent etc. it is so simple my husband and kids can use it!

My old Maytag was still running after 23 years but the water consumption was a deterrent. This washer is a dream! The capacity is unbelievable and the efficiency makes laundry effortless. Now...if they could just invent something to lift the clothes out of the basket FOR me...:]

I love Whirlpool appliances. My last washer. was 26 years old before it needed to be replaced. I am so satisfied with this machine it makes laundry day a pleasure.

I have had this washer for 2 months now and absolutely love it. The clothes are coming out much whiter and brighter than my previous washer, I use less detergent, less time washing because of its innovative process and when the wash is complete, the clothes seem much drier from the spin cycle, therefore less time in the dryer which is saving my some money on my electric bill!
