I purchased this washer about 3 months ago, and wish I hadn't. It uses a lot of time spitting water at clothes and then spinning them, which should draw dirt away from clothes, however if you have ever washed anything by hand you know rubbing is the only true way to shake the dirt out. I love big sweatshirts and have to cuff my sleeves once otherwise I cant use my hands, and this washer doesn't even move cloths enough to turn a simple cuff. Baby bibs are still stained and run time is excessive for the little cleaning it does.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so thrilled with the performance of my new washer, that for a while, I actually felt guilty.....discarding my faithful 20 yr. old washer, seeing it go onto the dolly, wheeled to the truck that was going to take it to the "Appliance graveyard" so to speak. I actually cried! My husband was worried about my behavior, and I told him that my old washer had done nothing wrong to be so easily discarded, other than the style was so out of date that I couldn't get large throws, comforters, etc. into it, and it just wasn't able to do the things I needed. It was similar to cheating on an old love with a new love! After getting over the guilt, I must say that this washer makes doing laundry a pure joy, and to get all of my large items into it, and have them come out great, is a real treat!I'm so very, very glad we made this decision......"WELCOME TO OUR FAMILY CABRIO"!!

Does not clean well compared to agitator washer

We are very sorry we bought this washer.The low water feature is a cleaning drawback. Requires multiple cycles to get just normal dirt out. Never buy one of these. Really not worth the money.It is not eco-friendly after needing multiple cycles. The lid locks to make you not add water. They would not even use this on Navy ships. To big, too slow, poor results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I took time to compare an read the reviews and I decided to buy this washer machine because I want something that take care my clothes,I absolutely love it, is very quait and very fast compare to my old washer machine, one day i washed small bathroom rugs and did not have any problems i highly recommended.

Love everything about it

I've had this unit for about 2 months and it's my new favorite thing in the house. It's so much quieter and the extra capacity means two loads in my old washer are now only one. The lack of a center pillar on the agitator means there are no snags or tangles. Only downside...the casters/leveling feet seem pretty flimsy. We'll see how they hold up. Nit-picking maybe, but I can't think of any other negatives. And it's Made in the USA. Good to see such a great product employing Americans.
