Clothes are always clean and fresh smelling too!

We've had the set about six months. The washer stays in place and does not rock around like the other HE set we tried from another brand. The machine is fairly quiet and our clothes always come out clean. There is a nice fresh smell to our clothing and the machines are very easy to operate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washer works great and it should it is brand new. We should write these reviews in 10 years which would give you better guidance. Very large tub and can do a lot of clothes. Comforters,blankets sheets no problem. I have seen reviews where it did not clean that well but mine cleans great. Have never seen clothes come out of the washer that clean. The only two things I have negative are the smoked glass top that lets you see the wash while it is going gets pretty steamed up so you can't see that well and after the spin cycle your large items sometimes get rolled up which is unusual. I don't view either of the things as that bad. P.S. remember you need a large dryer when you do a big load of clothes in this washer.....

Finally a washer for us

A construction worker, an office manager and two college athletes and lots of laundry but little time. This washer was recommended by our appliance repair man and he could not have been more correct. Follow the directions and you can wash everything but the cat. All kidding aside, I am truly impressed.

I have always bought whirlpool appliances but I think before I ever do again, I will do a bit more research. The washer doesn't get the clothes clean and I had problems from day one. After the service call and another drum ordered, I am still having problems. I've read the entire manual several times and bottomline is this is a joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
